It's "irresponsible to question Christian Fundamentalism, and unpatriotic to believe in "freedom of religeon"!

Earlier, the former House majority leader told activists he agreed with their premise that there is a "war on Christianity."

As 'ole G'dubyah says
We are at war,
We are at war,
We are at war!

A war on communism
A war on drugs
A war on terrorim
A war on the American civil rights/liberties!

"Our faith has always been in direct conflict with the values of the world," DeLay said.

Shouldn't that tell you something ?
Next they (the Fundamentalist Christians) will be telling us that Ghandi and the Dalai Lama are...
part of the "axis of evil" !

watch out when you point a finger, there are three pointing back at you!

Aint business like, no "bidness"

The documents, which cover the period from January 2004 to July 2005, painted "an absolutely abysmal picture of Halliburton's RIO2 work" and cited profound systemic problems, misleading and distorted cost reports, he said.
Halliburton, a Texas-based company formerly run by Vice President
Dick Cheney
. - previously the secretary of defence under Bush sr. when they over ran Panama and bombed Iraq in the "Desert storm" war.
Aint war a "pork barrel ?" -

Cheney dismissed the committee report as partisan...
(damn bleeding heart, liberal, Democrats he wa saying politely)
and said it focused on old issues with the two-year contract that have been resolved.

"After two years and from thousands of miles away, it is easy to criticize decisions and actions that were based on urgent mission requirements and severe time constraints," the company said in a statement.

"Time constraints" ? I thought his buddies Rumsfeld and G'dubyah said we'd be in Iraq for at least a decade !

Geez, why didn't Cheney just demand that to challenge the rip offs of tax payer money as "unpatriotic" and "down right irresponsible?"

George HW Bush Aircraft Carrier

I say we name all weapons after G'dubyah, be they of "mass destruction", smaller phosphor bomb ordinace or even just "non smoking guns". Let the generations to come never forget what kind of man this is!

G'dub's war enters a fourth year amid mounting sectarian strife.

What strategy? You mean bomb, bomb, bomb?

Real Bright strategegist. Man I would love to play a game of chess with G'Dubyah

Bush was to give a new speech in Cleveland, Ohio on Iraq as US opinion polls show approval of the three-year-old war at a new low.

"We are implementing a strategy that will lead to victory in Iraq and a victory in Iraq will make this country more secure and will help lay the foundation of peace for generations to come," the president said at the White House.

"Are we better off today than we were three years ago? Is the Middle East more stable than it was three years ago? Absolutely not," Hagel told ABC.

Iraqi Police Say U.S. Airstrike Kills 11

US military argues less women and children killed than the Iraqis say
There are still dead women and children, all because the US, under President Bush feel it is just, to kill "SUSPECTED" people.

Wake up America !
Killing "SUSPECTED" people, is unjust, unAmerican and unpatriotic!
Wake up America !
Abducting "SUSPECTED" and then transporting them into the hands of their torturers is sick.
It is unjust, unAmerican and unpatriotic !

Tell me, someone please, how does torturing untried people, or anybody for that matter make us, the US better than others? How does our leadership have the gall to scold other countries about human/civil rights ?

Well America, you think it can't happen here. "Oh no, not in America, the US military would never shoot an innocent civilian American citizen"
Well America, it has been done recently, soon they will just shoot at random, at will, anybody "suspected". That is anybody, anytime, anywhere. No charges, no legal representation, no jury of their peers, NO DUE PROCESS OF LAW what so ever !
We are not on our way to a fascist military police state, we are staring it in the face!

"The dead family was not part of the resistance, they were women and children," an Iraqi said. "The Americans have promised us a better life, but we get only death."

The U.S. military said they caught (killed) the target of the raid, a man suspected... of supporting foreign fighters of the al-Qaida in
Iraq terror network.

Bush' Domestic Policy adviser charged with thefts

US President George W Bush's former political adviser has been charged with stealing more than $5,000 from department stores.

Claude Allen, domestic policy adviser to President "G'Dub'Yah" Bush, resigned abruptly. He has denied at least 25 thefts from Target and Hecht's stores.

This is Bush's advisory on domestic policy folks!
Apparently Bush's efforts to ballance the budget...
and show "fiscal responsibility",
have effected even the cabinet itself.

"When I heard the story last night, I was shocked, and my first reaction was one of disappointment, deep disappointment" Mr Bush said on Saturday.

Do you suppose he was thinking,
"how petty, a mere five grand, ha ha!"

Ex-Justice Lawyer Rips Case for Spying

White House's Legal Justifications Called Weak !
A former senior national security lawyer at the Justice Department is highly critical of some of the Bush administration's key legal justifications for warrantless spying, saying that many of the government's arguments are weak and unlikely to be endorsed by the courts, according to documents released yesterday.

White House spokeswoman Dana Perino said the new subcommittee will receive the same briefing the administration has provided in the past to the "gang of eight" congressional leaders, though the new group will not be allowed to share what it learns with other members of Congress.

That's right folks let's not forget what our dear Dictator/ err ahh I mean President, tells us constantly it is unpatriotic and irresponsible to ask questions or challenge his sovereign position as "commander and chief".

The panel's vice chairman, Sen. John D. Rockefeller IV (D-W.Va.), said yesterday in an interview that the proposals fall far short of allowing Congress to make judgments necessary to oversee the program. "It is 'undersight' when they tell us what they want us to know," Rockefeller said

referring to the White House.

"It's 'oversight' when we know enough to ask our own questions."

Democracies that protect human rights, America under the present admistration obviously is not one!

"In countries that pride themselves on being long-standing democracies that protect human rights, the revelation of these allegations should have sparked off reactions and categorical condemnations several months ago, but this was not the case," Mr Marty stated .

"there were people who were kidnapped and transferred with no rights. There are camps in Afghanistan and Guantanamo Bay outside any legal system. Others have been taken in Europe and rendered to other countries for unacceptable treatment."

In early December the US position was summed up in a statement from the US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice before her visit to Europe.

She said that the United States did not "permit, tolerate, or condone torture under any circumstances." It also "respected -- and will continue to respect -- the sovereignty of other countries," and "does not transport, and has not transported, detainees from one country to another for the purpose of interrogation using torture."

It all depends on how you skate the definition of torture around "it is not torture if there is not death or emminant organ failure" we are told

This car is "soy" cool

A bunch of "youth at risk kids" make huge advances in this invention of theirs.

A car that can go from zero to 60 in four seconds and get more than 50 miles to the gallon would be enough to pique any driver's interest. So who do we have to thank for it. Ford? GM? Toyota? No — just Victor, David, Cheeseborough, Bruce, and Kosi, five kids from the auto shop program at West Philadelphia High School
